New Gallery Update Photographs

The initial seventeen photographs shows the building when we first bought it in February of 2002. We then brought in our architect, Jim Bauer of Bauer Group Architects which we recommend highly. The contractor began demolition work on September 30, 2002 and we moved in on May 23, 2003.

This is looking at the back side of 118 North 29th Street side. The little lighted doorway that you see in this photograph leads to the double garage area.

This is just a brief look at the basement area.

You are at the top of the stairs looking down the old hallway. In the 1940's this was a dormitory for the YMCA.

Demolition started September 30, 2002.
