This is a view of the south half of the gallery area where the new sales
offices will reside.
The back wall to the future framing area is exposed. A new wall will
go across here with the door to the garage being sealed off.
The awning is taken down.
The floor joists are exposed for the stairway area to the basement.
The I beam across the front of the building is exposed so that a flange
can be added with gussets to support the new brick facing. This is the
northeast end of the I beam.
This is the first leg of the I beam structure heading south.

The front of the buildings is being exposed for the ledge to be welded to the I beam for the new brick front. Also you can see that the false front over the rental area is being cut down to give a nice distinction between the two businesses.
