David C. Harms (1960- )

David C. Harms was born in Wichita, Kansas on July 28, 1960. He graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins, Colorado in 1978 and then went on to attend Colorado State University in Fort Collins. David spent most of the 1980's on the road as a rock musician and is currently a professional musician and actor. David credits his development as a painter directly to the valuable time he spent with Michael Lynch and his assistance at several workshops of The Plein Air Painters of America. In 2001, David's work was accepted into the top 100 of the prestigious Arts for the Parks competition in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
