Tom Sander
Tom Sander was born in Bellingham, Washington in 1938 and now resides in the Kalispell, Montana area. Tom Sander was raised in southern Oregon where he graduated from the University of Oregon. Jobs as taxidermist and guide have been helpful because most of his painting and sculpting concentrates on animals of the outdoors. His work is in the permanent collections of the C. M. Russell Museum in Great Falls, Montana; the American Wildlife Foundation; and the Cincinnati Museum of Natural Science. He is also a member of the Society of Animal Artists and the Northwest Rendezvous Group.
